I took an early pre-work ride from the Ogden Nature Center North trailhead up to Shoreline and rode that for about 0.75 miles and started the trail up Garner Canyon (I believe it goes to a cave up there), for a ride that was about 1.8 miles round trip. It was great for a quick workout and it is beautiful up there in the morning. Sometime here soon I want to keep riding up Garner Canyon as it looks like a real nice trail.I did take one spill on the trail this morning and scraped up my leg on one of the real rocky technical sections; however, on the way back down I caught some decent air coming off the last downhill section of the trail going over a little rock.
