The Easy - Stuff Even Newbies Can Handle

• Provo River Parkway - Flat Family Paved Riding
• Logan River Trail - easy doubletrack... until you hit Spring Hollow.... or ride in the winter
• North Logan Shoreline - going south (my wife took the south direction like a champ, but there are brute climbs the other way)

The Tough - Legs That Pump Like Pistons

• Southern Skyline - great views, great ride, killer climb
• Northern Skyline - awesome trail, tough climbs and technical rocky parts
• Arizona Trail - brutal climbs... over and over again
• Rock Canyon - steep climbs, loose rock

The Ugly - Don't Know What I Was Thinking Doing This

• Indian Trail
• Canyon Creek/Moose Hollow
• Cascade Saddle - the no fun extended version of the Big Springs trail
