The end of the trail connects to a doubletrack that I believe connects up to the Shoreline Trail (where you can also split off and do Garner Canyon) or you can go another direction and take Powerline Trail, which also connects to the Shoreline Trail. This particular day I took the
Powerline Trail which is very narrow, has some good climbing and descent, and isn't too bad of a small trail if you wanted a quick afterwork loop with the Quail Trail that has more climbing.

I ended up turning around and doing the Powerline as an out and back and coming back again on the Quail Trail, which all in all only made for only just over 2 miles, and that included some climbing on that doubletrack.
